We're switching things up for the end of 2020! We’re excited to launch the new Get Started 7 Day Fitness Challenge! Follow along with our YMCA instructo...r Amy and get active, learn a new routine and reach your health goals. Amy will take you through 7 new engaging workouts that are tailored to help you get started and create exercise habits to keep you going. You don’t need to think about what exercises to do. Just set aside 20 minutes every day and join us for an active week! Day 1 starts tomorrow at 7:00 AM EST.
