I am super grateful to my Shift Power friends for letting me share their 12 Days of Yoga with my studio! From the bottom of my heart......Thank you HERE IS H...OW IT WORKS: With the hustle and bustle of Christmas concerts, parties, shopping and being just plain busy, it sometimes seems impossible to take time for ourselves and get onto our mat! And yet in order to stay grounded and on track, this is so valuable to each of us!! I know it is for me! As we transition from Yoga Kula into TruNorth Yoga, lets spread the yoga love to ensure everyone knows we are still here with all the same ...amazing instructors and powerful inspirational classes! We value our students and the community we are building here at the studio and want to spread into the community further!! TruNorth Yoga is about creating space for all where they can come to feel inspired, be a part of a community and create intentions within their lives.
