Lately I have felt that most of what is communicated sounds like edulcorated marketing like some magic potion you will buy at the mall for happy happy life and body. But let's be real. Hello Hello I am super happy to announce that I will be teaching Yoga of Lightness sessions (Yoga focusing on breath, core, flow and presence) happening on Wednesdays at the studio located in the Whistler Racquet Club/Wildwood building, starting this coming Wednesday Nov. 3rd. from 6 to 7:30pm (1.5 hour session - $15 cash only).
