Yoga Peru

This video resonates very much with me and with what I want to share with you. I invite you to cross our experiences in this journey to Peru and with local people who are willing to share their culture and their relationship with earth. We will be living beside a community of the Jungle Manu Park, the Matshigenkas and the Wachipeiris. They have built cabins beside their village to welcome visitors to share their culture and sustain themselves. When I was living with them, I had profound experiences of oneness with the environment by just singing their songs with them in a broad day light. Ils ont construit des chalets à côté de leur village pour permettre aux visiteurs de partager leur culture et de subvenir à leurs besoins. Lorsque je vivais parmi eux, j'ai eu une profonde expérience d'unité avec l'environnement juste en chantant en leur compagnie leurs chansons en plein jour.

The first week you will be immersed in the luxuriant forest of the jungle Manu park and meet with the Harakmbut people. You will be cared by a medicine woman with 20 years of experience who highly respect and love the tradition of the medicine and its people. And I will be devoted to your wellbeing with my toolkit of compassion, my experience as a yoga kundalini teacher, as an addiction counsellor, my knowledge of Peru and as an artist.
