COVID-19, March 19, 2020. Let's all do what is necessary to keep society safe and meet up again soon! Classes are postponed until the danger of transmission has eased. Let's stay home, keep a two meter distance, wash our hands often and well, practice yoga at home, and enjoy the natural surroundings. See you soon!

Hello everyone, regular classes with Richard Mueller are resuming next week: January 7, 2020 at Marsh Lake every Tuesday from 18:00 to 19:30 at the Community Center. Classes are free for residents over 55 years of age, thanks to New Horizons Seniors' Program and center staff.... January 8, 2020, Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:30at the White Swan Sanctuary, 403 Lowe Street, downtown Whse. Gentle Iyengar Yoga drop ins $20, or register for eight and pay for seven classes to the end of February. Howdy folks, my Marsh Lake Community Center Yoga classes Tuesdays 6-7:30pm are now free for folks over 55 years of age, thanks to the center and the New Horizons for Seniors Program. So come on down!

Dear friends of Yoga Whitehorse, After returning from some yoga related travel, I will once again offer a 'Gentle Yoga' class for you: Wednesdays 10-11:30 am starting January 02, 2019 at the White Swan Sanctuary at 403 Lowe Street in downtown Whitehorse (across 4th Ave from the Coast High Country Inn). Cost: 10 classes prepaid $150 to be used by April 30, 2019, when classes end. $20 per drop-in.... This class is open to beginners and intermediates, providing a well-founded Iyengar asana practice, but with a gentler approach than regular classes.
