Yoga with Amanda McCann

Good morning friends :) I am taking my prenatal yoga training this morning and it is already so interesting and lovely. I'm excited to be able to offer this style of class to all the mommas to be in the future ! A few of you have been asking about outdoor yoga which for now I won't be able to offer as my office life has been quite demanding. However if you are local to Fort McMurray I have noticed there are a couple offerings around town from Oranj Fitness Fort McMurray & Exh...ale Yoga & Barre If you know of more please feel free to share here

Hey guys I just filmed our next yoga video, yoga for abs but don’t let the title discourage you , it’s not any more difficult than a vinyasa, it just has a core focus. It’s uploading now and I will post it as soon as it’s ready . I’m a day late this week Our friends surprised us and got married this weekend. It was so special and awesome . ...
