ATTN!!! I will be teaching a one hour class in gage park next Sunday July 17th 7:00pm as a yoga fundraiser for my beautiful friend and coworker Alicia who is travelling to Honduras and taking part in a medical brigade. We are asking a minimum donation of $5 and all proceeds go towards funding her trip. I hope to see you there to support this amazing cause!
