Having trouble making it to your favourite classes? Here's some tips! - Often space opens due to cancellations on the day the class is happening so check for availability on the day of the class! - Registration opens up a week before the class occurs. If you like to take class at the same time every week, maybe try registering for next week's class right after you finish this week's!... - When all else fails, try online! We know nothing compares to being in the hot room with your fellow yogis, but students have let us know they love having a mix of in-person and online classes. If none of those options worked, we can be bribed. With chocolate, cheese and wine. Just kidding. Kind of.

We know this sounds weird, but stay with us for a moment. Can you hold Standing Head to Knee perfectly for the entire duration of the posture? No? That's ok, lots of us can't do that either. Can you hold it for 5 seconds?... Can you keep your standing leg locked and slowly work towards straightening your leg? Can you stand in the posture, but your forehead doesn't quite make it to your knee? Do you think that all of those are better than not doing it at all? Cool, so do we! Practice, and all is coming. If you're sore, tired, or stressed, just come to your mat with no expectations. Even your very 'worst' class is better than the one you didn't take.
