FitnessDynamics is offering a Valentine Yoga Workshop on February 8th, 2020. During this 2-hour yoga session, our instructors - Marie and Bernie - will guide y...ou through fun partner postures that will be challenging, relaxing and enlightening. This workshop is designed with the intent of strengthening relationships, by breathing together, moving together, and even guiding each other deeper into postures. The instructors will demonstrate the poses and make sure that all participants are maintaining proper alignment throughout the entire session. Participants of all levels are welcome.
