December is a busy month for most people and is one of the reasons I have decided to focus January on meditation. Meditation may help calm the mind and promote better quality sleep. Meditating has many benefits, including mental, emotional, and physical ones. Join our Mindfulness Meditation Course on January 23rd. Congratulations to these 4 lovely ladies that graduated from an extra long Yoga Philosophy & Sanskrit Training. We started in January 2020 and had some Covid hiccups along the way. But they all hung in there and persevered through zoom classes and backyard classes and we finally arrived at our finally today. It was an amazing journey that I can attest to it helping me through a year of many changes and letting go. I thank each one of you for sharing your authentic selves and for being there for each other in this unforgettable year of 2020. Namaste
