As of February 12, 2021 the Manitoba Public Health orders change to allow yoga studios to open at 25% capacity. However only one to one instruction is permitted. As all of our offerings are group classes, we will continue to offer online live and rebroadcast classes only. When it is the case that we can open and have group classes, we will make that shift mindfully. We will continue to update our website with any relevant changes. Chakras Online Workshop According to the teachings of yoga at the level of our inner being there are seven energy centers called Chakras. Each Chakra reflects an aspects of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Together the seven Chakras form a system for modeling that to help deepen our awareness and understanding of our selves. This workshop is an experiential orientation into the Chakras. This workshop involves movement, meditation, chanting and breathwork.... December 13 1-4pm $84 This online workshop is part of our 200hr Teacher Training but is open to all students of all levels.
