Ice cream for breakfast?! Ummm...Yes Please! Seriously. I eat this delicious delicacy Every. Single. Morning!... Chocked FULL of anti inflammatory, anti-aging, mood enhancing, probiotic gut health properties, greens, protein, collagen....and more! Moringa: known as the tree of life. Said to cure over 300 diseases. Turmeric (curcumin): anti-inflammatory used to treat and prevent arthritis, heart disease, depression and cancer Kefir: provides fuel for the beneficial bacteria in your gut. Fun fact: Marco Polo wrote about kefir in his diaries! Ashwagandha Root Powder: an ancient medicinal herb known as an adaptogen, meaning it can help the body handle stress. Organic Collagen: improves skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles and signs of aging. Builds bone density and reduces joint pain. Protein & Greens: a boost of extra vitamins and antioxidants. Tastes great and is filling! Organic Cacoa: mood enhancement, reduces blood pressure, blood sugar levels and lowers cholesterol. Rich in flavanols which can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.
