Morning reads...I've coasted through my 20's with my highs and lows in the nutrition department. I've made big changes and fallen off the wagon only to end up back at square one. Since yoga has become a big part of my life, I am so much more aware of my body and its physical and subtle status. I feel it when my body aches or my digestion is sluggish. It's my body and I have the freedom to choose how I treat it. So I've started educating myself more and I'm soaking in the know...ledge of how to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. The body is fascinating, and while we are just balls of energy, our physical bodies need to be cared for. These two books are my favourite so far! Easy to read and priceless information.
