Winter has formally arrived, and with it the return of the light! The solstice is today, and today we turn the corner from darkness to more light - both in the natural environment, and our individual internal environments. As we move through this transition, we have an opportunity and maybe a natural yearning to honor both the dark and the light. Both are necessary and valuable. Creating space to do so, will bring more ease & focus in going forwards. Empty seats, empty studio, hands full, and mindFUL. . This next phase of our governments plan to keep our community safe, leaves us again in a place of not being able to serve in the way we want - and are meant to. We NEED connection, humans we’re never meant to be solitary beings. We NEED practices and tools that anchor us into our bodies, into the present, and remind us of our strength, our calm, and our natural state of love. But we also need safety & support, for those ...who may be at risk, and for those who are risking their wellbeing to support others. . So though we are sorry and sad to not be able to have you join us in person in our studio space, we understand the need and are here to support the greater community at large. . While we take this deep pause in our operations - not just in our studio, but in our city, in our community, and in the WAY we ALL do things - we offer you support in the only way we can, in the digital / online world. And we hope you will take the opportunity to receive that support. Not just from us - but from yourself, for your self! . This deep pause is a chance for us to rest, reflect, and reset our patterns, our habits, and our actions towards building a brighter future, aligned with where you want to be. The current situation is temporary, so we need not immerse ourselves into it as if it were our whole existence. Instead, lets practice the awareness of the impermanence of all things, and be grateful for what we have while we have it, and content with knowing what is not wanted, soon will no longer be.
