A reminder that Shelley’s classes are not running on Remembrance Day

Even with the online classes we get the support of our yoga community. There is still a sense of practising together and sharing the experience. Shelley & Merrilee are watching and adjusting classes for our participants' needs. You stay engaged in the practise knowing someone is helping you be accountable for your own wellness. You can not feel that same togetherness following a YouTube video. Sign on early, put it on gallery view to start, chat will fellow yogis and then switch to speaker view to do the class. This was my view this morning out walking! We are in the autumn season, a season of letting go and clearing out. For the next few weeks in Shelley’s classes we will be focusing on twists. Drop ins are welcomed! Contact me for the Zoom information needed for class.
