Yoga under the Tuscan Sun.. Join us for ten blissful days relaxing, exploring and deepening your yoga and meditation practice in ITALY!! Curious to know what your days will look like? Well here is a break down of day Five:... We depart from Siena to journey to Umbria to the retreat centre that will be home for the next 5 nights. Umbria is the neighbouring region to Tuscany. The locals will tell you the wine and the views are just as great but less expensive.. On our way however, we will stop for a wander around the village of Cortana, where the film Under the Tuscan Sun was filmed. We will also be stopping in the spa town of Rapolano to indulge in an afternoon of relaxation in their famed healing waters.
