Clarification: The yurt is an excellent design for wind and rain. I on the other hand left the door open to air it out during a wind storm and tried to open a window in the opposite direction of the wind thinking it would be safe. It was not. The window flew open and the wind caught the canvas from inside. Bad combo is all. Minor repairs in the grand scheme of things but BIG job in terms of the muscles needed to take canvas and felts off and then throw them back on. I may have to call in some troops for that.

Yoga CANCELLED until further notice. The yurt has suffered some wind and rain damage and needs repairs. I need to remove the canvas, move the felts around, fix the Tyvek lining, fix the toono and the put everything back into place. Wish me luck! Ahhh... Spring cleaning in the yurt.
