We start our practice with calmness. No judgement just good observation. Workshop: Wake Up it’s Spring! Sunday April 9 9:30-11:30 AM This April workshop will prepare us for this new fresh season.... Focus will be on waking up. Long winters make for some cranky bodies; let’s wake up our practice with some heat generated from within to make our minds and bodies feel clear and open. We will use some dowels to generate some myoficial release, getting those tight spots released. You will leave feeling fantastic, energetic and awake! Strength and Softness: A Workshop Sunday, FEB 5, 9:00 - 11:00AM Ever wonder how to keep calm when a pose is challenging? In this workshop we will explore the strength and softness in our practice. Looking at our breath and how it can re-shape, change, and soften our poses while maintaining alignment with strength and ease.
