One of the things we decided when we designed the studio was that we wanted great fresh air flow. And that’s what we have . This means that old air gets drawn out of the studio as new air gets moved in. This is a lot different than working out in a room with stagnant air. First class back Friday morning 6 am! Here’s what you need to know! We are going to keep re-opening as simple and as clear as possible. We know many of you have concerns and we know it's time for us to be together again. Our objective is to bring all of us together and to do it in a way that we all feel good about. Here's what you need to prepare for your visit:... Please pre-register for class. Please show up only 15 minutes before class and go right to the studio once you get in. Please do your best to use the facilities before you come- we have one but are trying to limit shared use. Please wear your yoga clothes to and from the studio. We have closed the change rooms for now. Please bring your own mat, towel and water. We humbly request that you wear a mask to your mat. We will explain everything else once you arrive. Here's what we are doing to create a safe and fun environment: We are keeping the online service running for the time being, studio classes will be live-streamed. We will clean and fully air out the studio between all classes (we have an industrial strength fan in our studio that can bring in A LOT of fresh air). We will have more non-heated classes throughout the summer. We will be adjusting the studio schedule as we go, so keep checking in and checking tthe schedule. We will adhere to the 3 meter spacing for hot classes and 2 meter for room temperature as per AHS standards. We will NOT have towels, showers or mat rentals until further notice.
