Release tension, build strength and feel renewed. This class delivers the best of both worlds! You can catch Ebb & Flow on our schedule with a variety of awesome teachers!! You Are Ready Now! Join us for 40 Days To Personal Revolution This six week yoga program takes a multifaceted approach to our health and wellness transforma...tion. When you sign up you can expect: Weekly group meetings hosted on Sunday at 11:00. These meetings are where we discuss and delve into the laws of transformation, share and get set up for the week to come. Daily yoga practices. Our daily yoga practices are specifically tailored to the 40 Days program. We begin with 20 minutes and build each week from there. You will no doubt build a strong practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner you will create a whole new sense of core strength in 6 weeks. Meditation. In this program we are encouraged to take our seat to get connected and to get still. This is also a practice in which we start small and build. We begin with just five minutes twice a day. What is the impact of meditation or lack of meditation in your life? Let’s get curious. Balancing diet. No meal plans, calorie counting or diet jargon here. In this program we are encouraged to use our awareness and intuition to focus on whole and healthful foods to nourish our beautiful vessel. It’s amazing how everyone starts to glow! Inquiry is also a powerful aspect of this program. We ask ourselves to courageously look at our lives and how we are showing up in them. We delve in and excavate our limiting and disempowering beliefs so we can then see our life and ourselves in a whole new way! through a whole new lens! You are so worth it!
