I miss my weekly visits with Magic Hands Marie... but Magic Eye Marie is still available! . Well, her name is Marie, I just added the Magic Hands portion. She has been instrumental in helping me manage the growing pain in my ribs/back/shoulder/neck. She can take one *look* at me to guide me to less pain. . Tai Chi was the reason I selected my Master's thesis supervisor. Her work showing the benefits of this practice, namely with regards to fall prevention and fear of falling in elderly. This mind-body practice shares some commonalities with yoga... perhaps it's time I diversify my practice. Anyone care to join me?
