Dear Community Member, Effective immediately we are subject to new Provincial regulations regarding the Covid precautions that we must take at the studio. 1. With the new social distancing requirements, we have space for 7 students in the studio for each class. Please let me know ASAP if you want one of the in-studio spots, as they will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Any week that you cannot make it, I request at least 6 hours notice if you don't need your s...pot. If you would like to switch from in-studio to online via Zoom let me know and I'll move you over. 2. Masks must be worn at all times that we are not on our mat. 3. Our updated full Covid Protocols are below, please be sure to review them. Thank you for your assistance as we stay safe and keep up with our practice. Namaste, Tammy COVID Precautions: 1. Please do not come to the studio if you have a cough, fever, headache, loss of smell, or any of the other symptoms associated with COVID. If you need to cough or sneeze while in the studio please leave the room if you are able, or use a tissue or your elbow. Should your cough persist we ask that you leave the premises. 2. You are now required to wear a mask in the building at all times that you are not on your yoga mat practicing yoga, 3. Please use the sanitizer at the door upon arrival, 4. Only 2 persons in the entry at a time. If you open the door & someone is already in the entry, please wait outside until they have moved on before entering. If there is a lineup outside, please maintain a distance of 2 meters between people, 5. The studio is set up with 3 meters between mats, as per the new Provincial regulations. There are marks on the floor to indicate where the center of the top of your mat should be. 6. Please maintain 2 meters from other students and the teacher at all times when not on your mat, 7. All props are being rotated, so students know that no one else has touched a prop for a minimum of 48 hours (in most cases it will be longer than that), 8. Students are encouraged to bring their own mats & props, if possible.
