Throwing it waaaaaay back when my Mom, sister & I visited Grandma & our distant cousins in PEI. this gem right here is pure gold I remember we were told to look serious and regal. All the while we have been strapped into these heavy ass dresses that are literally being held on with massive jumper cable claws!... Never stop creating memories! Why did I launch a business in a pandemic? A fair question I've been asked! My simple answer: because I WAS READY!!!... There will never be the right time for anything and I sure as hell wasn't putting my goals & dreams on hold for the comfort of others. Many see this as irresponsible, risky & stupid. I see it as progressive, smart & logical. My mission, before covid, was to have an online studio. Record yoga flows & meditations as well as offer pop ups & teach at local studios as a guest teacher. This was always the path I set out to create. This year forced many to pivot and create a business that I had already imagined! Sure it takes away from my business but I'm not the first Yogi to follow this path. And, on the bright side, while many were struggling to create online content & figure out the online world - educators of social media & experts in the field were pouring free content into the world to help! So really I came out ahead Everyday that goes by, every video I create, I learn & get better. Starting this year means I'm one step closer to my end goal Thank you for being along for the ride. For every like, comment & share. For watching my free content & flowing with me on video. For buying my paid videos that help me get one step closer to creating & capturing more great things! For coming to my in-person classes & sending me well wishes when you can't. As my Yoga Lawyer says; I'm in the heart-leading business & I lead with my heart I appreciate YOU more then you know
If you were given 28 days to work on your goals, would you take it? For the next 28 days my city is in lockdown, again. I challange YOU for the next 28 days to do something that will get you one step closer to a goal or dream!... Read that book you've had forever but never found the time to read it. Cut out one item from your diet that you know is bad for you and see how it changes YOU for the better. Move your body everyday. It only has to be 10 minutes but get your blood pumping. Give yourself an hour a day of no technology. Work on that business idea Learn a new skill I challange YOU to use these 28 days to build your dreams, work on your goals & work on YOU! What will YOU be working on for the next 28 days

It was a hard discision as I'm beaming to share my love & passion of Yoga with you all! I have lots of things in store for the new year! Are you a coconut fan? I LOVE coconut anything!!! I haven't made these but I love her recipes because they are rather easy with minimal ingredients & they are easy to substitute out for healthier cleaner options if need be Give them a go!!! I will follow up if I get to making them this weekend...if not - it's happening over the Christmas break
