In January 2006 I was just out of Yoga Teacher Training and in the dessert. I had a whole new lens through which to see and live life! I thought graduation followed by a trip of a lifetime to India was my adventure.... it got so much better! Yoga teaches us trust the universe, I did. Yoga teaches us to serve others, I do. I can't help but think to myself that a 13 year old young woman, who calmly moves into "Eagle pose" upon request, so elegantly, with such stoic calm can only be a good thing.
