Already a year since 2019 Yogaventure Curacao retreat! First day in town with Audi Gozlan Karen Amsellem Gozlan having fun before welcoming guests the next day!

I finally scheduled regular yoga classes on Zoom. A chance for you to connect with me and join my yoga practice in the morning at 10:00am on Saturday & Monday -9:30am Wednesday/Friday and Tuesday/Thursday evening at 6:00pm Lets flow together breathing through stretches and asanas to align, balance and lenghten to gain more flexibilty and strenght in the entire body. Every practice ends with meditation and/or shavasana. Just message to join the zoom room and I will send you the schedule along with the link.
