Day 2 of our 21 day commitment is a 30 min floor based practice designed for moving and releasing those tight hips. It has only been 24 hours and I am overwhelmed by all of the feedback and personal notes and emails thanking me for this offering. I appreciate all of your kind words and many have brought me to tears. I am really proud of the 2020/2021 Yoga Teachers in Training. This month they are working together to create free classes for the community. It's a win/win ...for all. They develop their teaching skillset and students receive complimentary classes. AND All donations received this month will be gifted to The CK foodbank and CK Humane Society.
