Traumatic experiences can turn into stored patterns of physical and emotional pain, leading to a loss of connection to one’s body. This has been our biggest lesson of 2020. Day to day we never seem to know what will happen next (like all studios closing over night). Its a struggle that we are all going through and it can be painful at times, but if we pause and learn to let go of what we can't control, then we can begin to see the good that has come from it all. We've been forced to adapt and grow more than we ever imagined. We learned to come together in new ways to keep our community going and its made us stronger together. We are so grateful for our team and the community surrounding us. We'll get through this together.
