I feel like I've been a bad yogi! It's been so long since I've posted and my practise has really gotten away from me. But like all things, there is a season for everything BUT I have so many excited things on the go! . . Thursday evenings were back at the community centre doing hatha yoga at 6:45pm, and I'm working away at creating a special one day yoga retreat here in Georgian Bay! ... . .
