Now offering small group classes for all levels and abilities in the heart of the Alta Vista area, within my comfortable home setting. Evening classes, starting Nov. 7th, Wednesdays and Thursdays (7:00 - 8:15pm) rsvp only by message.

Just a quick note to say Happy Monday and to remind of the upcoming yoga schedule! There is no class this week Tuesday (Feb. 13th). There will be however regularly scheduled class on Thursday and it is open for all those who would like to join in (Restorative and Yin, very lovely, quieter practice). There are no classes next week, Tuesday 20th or Thursday 22nd but we will resume after that! In peace and health, Zoe :)

Our Winter session is just beginning, an opportunity to strengthen, boost mood and immunity, as well as promote overall wellness to body, mind and spirit! Class schedule & info posted under Photos.
