This Sunday! Location change to Pleides Spa - big thanks to Diane for offering her space, it’s full of plants inside and out! Grandmama Cedars grow nearby, so we’ll go have a visit with them to begin, then come inside for a slooow, gentle flow practice to ground into our bodies. A few spots left!
