in class i offer safe touch. safe touch is not meant to change, adjust or ‘fix’ you in any way. the touch i offer isn’t a poke or a push. you can expect a massage like technique with a blend of reflexology. this touch is intended to offer a new experience of being in your body. it is meant to be healing, soothing. and we usually end your practice with sweet head massage in savasana. and of course, this is your practice. you never ever have to have safe touch if you don...’t want to. message me to reserve your spot in tuesdays classes.

EXCITING NEWS!!!! I’m bringing Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) yoga classes to our area and I need your help. SUP Yoga is great for beginners (paddlers and yogis) and those experienced in both. A class teaches you the basics of paddling followed by a yoga flow meant for being on your board (falling in is not required, but totally fun!)... If this peaks your interest, please let me know which options would suit you. Would you be interested in early morning/sunrise OR after work/sunset classes?

At restorative, you can expect cool tunes, a relaxing space and lots of safe touch. Think yoga meets massage (but keep your clothes on, please!) Tuesdays 7:30-8:45pm. We didn’t need a study to know that deep breathing is a wonderful tool that can improve concentration and help us feel calm (among many other benefits). But I’m glad there is one!
