This year’s theme for World Diabetes Day is, The Nurse and Diabetes. Nurses help support people living with all types of health concerns especially those that have diabetes. Today, at 11 am on the 11th day of the 11th month marks the day the First World War ended in 1918. Take a moment of silence to remember and honour all those who sacrificed their lives serving our nation.
