Biking has a lot to offer. A bike can help you move along a great distance quickly but not too fast that you aren’t able to take in the scenery. A change in your environment is a great way to change your mood and reset yourself. In addition, the fresh air, the breeze on your face, the sunlight, and a heavily beating heart from pumping those pedals will work wonders for your body.

Some warm weather fun. Do you have hula hoops lying around the houseif you have kids, chances are you have hoops collecting dust somewhere in your home. Grab one and challenge yourselfslip it around your waist and start swinging those hips. If you’re good enough to keep it up, can you do it for 60 seconds? How about 180 seconds? Then double that! Challenge yourselfand if you have multiple hoops, how about battling against someone else? See who can go the longest. Take the action into the backyard and get some sun and fresh air.
