The laptops will need to be Windows 10 compatible to support our casework software as well as video and audio capabilities for online meetings. Today accepting the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce Celebrate Success Community Merit Award for 2020 on behalf of Big Brothers Big Sisters and of Yorkton and Area was a great honour. I want to thank all the volunteer Mentors, Board, and Staff who made this possible and who continue to make a difference in a young person’s life. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Yorkton and Area has been working in the community for 36 years. In 2019, 229 young people who were facing adversity, were helped to reach their potential through the mentoring programs offered by Big Brothers Big Sisters. Big Brothers Big Sisters supports the well-being of all youth, endeavouring to deliver appropriate and targeted services to our young people. Big Brothers Big Sisters, in its commitment to Truth and Reconciliation, is the host agent for Reconciliation Yorkton.
