Dominique is a recovering addict who is diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She is proud of her 16 months of sobriety and the parent she has become, but Dominique understands that recovery is a lifelong commitment.

We are very excited to introduce Sheldon and Bailey to all of you! They are 4th year nursing students with the U of S and they will be working with the YFRC posting videos and joining us in our virtual programs. Here is a super yummy and very easy recipe for pancake muffins! They are also freezer friendly, so make a bunch and pull them out when you need a quick breakfast or snack! Recipe is in the comments!

An activity you can do with your child today! Playdough 2 1/2 Cups flour 1/2 Cup of salt... 1 Tablespoon of cream of tartar 2 Cups of boiling water 3 Tablespoons of oil Food coloring optional Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Fill container with 2C boiling water. Add 3 TBSP of oil, food coloring and mix. Pour into flour mixture and stir. Knead dough on floured surface and add up to 1 cup of flour as needed until dough is not sticky.
