We are very excited to introduce Sheldon and Bailey to all of you! They are 4th year nursing students with the U of S and they will be working with the YFRC posting videos and joining us in our virtual programs. If there is any topics you would like to have information on, let us know and they will happy make a video with information and support! Look for their videos and posts, and help us welcome them to the YFRC family!

Just a few things to think about for the very different then normal 2020 holidays. Be mindful to be grateful for the moments you can have even though you may be missing some family and traditions. Remember to make time for yourself as well! Buy yourself a bath bomb and stick it in your stocking, and treat yourself to a warm bath and a delicious hot chocolate!
