Not just 1 day but 5 days You are contagious for a minimum of 5 days. As long as you're coughing, sneezing and have discharge coming from orifices, your contagious! This isn't rocket science or anything new! Be compliant, be considerate, you may be healthy and able to fight off the germs, sadly others may not be so fortunate.
