MEET THE CURATORS: Joanna Wreakes ~ After growing up in Edmonton and a brief stint living in Japan, Joanna is happy to be calling Toronto home - for now! She’s particularly interested in how art can contribute positively to wellness after an amazing summer experience at @mcmullengallery . Outside of curatorial work her interests are fibre arts (knitting and weaving specifically), fried chicken, and good beer.

MEET THE CURATORS: Jordan ~ Jordan treats the city like one big neighbourhood. While his greatest passion is for modern and contemporary art, you can also find him hanging out at a wine bar, or working at Sanagan’s Meat Locker in Kensington Market. In the future, he hopes to bring his curatorial talents to an international audience but for now, Toronto is his home.

MEET THE CURATORS: Lisa ~ Lisa is passionate about Canadian visual arts, music, and history. You're most likely to find her in a dive bar downtown watching local bands or at home with some tea and a book. She has experience working as a gallery assistant, but is especially excited to help curate her first show with friends Mary, Joanna, and Jordan at the John B. Aird!
