On Thursday July 23rd, our Client Success and Communications Manager Julia Brine attended the Home Expo 2020 hosted by United Nations Association of Canada. It was a digital networking event, for current and former participants of Building Young Entrepreneurs. It included a virtual job fair featuring employers who answered questions about their business, current hiring opportunities, or how they are adjusting business operations as we move cautiously toward reopening the econ...omy. "It was an amazing opportunity to share some of my own experiences in my career journey. Some fantastic questions were asked by the participants, creating a dynamic conversation full of golden nuggets." "The employer panel, which included myself, Stephanie Wilson and Tomi Gbeleyi from Lighthouse Labs, and Jérémy Charest from RBC are all from a similar age group that seemed to really resonate with the BYE participants.
