Painting with talented artist Mark Grice at his studio in beautiful Alton Mill. Together with the Eglington Caledon Hounds club members, we participated in a delightful evening of laughter, painting and some awesome appetizers! Here you see my creation of the Riders Boot. The Alton Mill and the artists are truly a "must do" on your list while visiting the beautiful Headwaters region whether it be enroute to Erin in the West or Dufferin to the north, the beauty of the region is at its best through all the seasons... but the fall is especially breathtaking.

Perfection!!! This beautiful rose has taken a lot of work and loving care. This year I tried my hand at growing roses on the farm. Actually amazed myself with the results. Fragrant exquisite splendour. I must say, the local aged manure has been the magic touch thanks to my neighbours and farmers.

4th Line Cattle Co, Erin June 2019. This alfresco Farm to Fork event featured a menu utilizing all local in-season harvest vegetables alongside proteins from the host farm and other local farms. The fabulous tasting stations were all prepared with only local to the area produce, beef, chicken and breads by local chefs. Spending time on a farm, talking to the people who raised your beef and made your salad was great fun and a memorable experience. This was truly a feast in th...e fields that left a lasting impression! I will be back to buy some great beef. Check out the fresh picked strawberries in a bowl fit for a Queen! They were glorious. Paula from Feast your Eyes catering was instrumental in organizing the catering and brilliantly prepared foods. Thanks to the many sponsors who provided wines, cider, beer and the lovely decor. Always my pleasure to meet my farm neighbours.

With real estate always on my mind, it seems even our resident geese need to relocate with their growing family. I smiled thinking...even they knew where to settle when looking for a realtor!!! fortunately, they can afford their location this year.

WINES OF THE WORLD - CALEDON Great successful event at the Palgrave Rotary Club in June. Glorious weather, tents filled with people from all over the GTA,wines from around the world to sample and superb food prepared by our local chefs....not to forget the great band this year and line dancing!!
