So not sure if any of you have dogs but my 2 big dogs( Newfoundland and St. Bernard/ Great Pyrenees are stinky . I had them groomed on Tuesday and the next day they were smelly. So I put purification in my spray bottle and boom, less stinky. Needless to say I'm loving purification this week

So I feel like I need some uplifting oils today. I am diffusing Orange , lime and lemon ( 2 drops of each). Plus I just got a new diffuser and wanted to try it out . Love it!!! Going to sit back and read my book while diffusing my oils. Yep that's a relaxing life

So I started taking some oil capsules this week. I have been feeling awesome since taking them morning and night. Just made another weeks supply so thought I'd share with you all. In the capsules I have 1 drop of thieves, citrus fresh, peppermint, clove, Orange, Ginger, black pepper and Digize. Also 2 of lemon and 4 of grapefruit. This is such a easy way to get the oils I want besides from diffusing them( which I also love to do).
