This past week 2 well known people decided to end their own lives. Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain were leaders and changed many people's lives. I am always shocked and sadden to hear when people decide that it is their time to go. They have been struggling and pushing through for so long and you wonder what was that final straw. Many people who have heard this news are very surprised that such wealthy and successful individuals committed suicide. This sentiment is the proof... that you NEVER know what is going on inside a person and all the successes in the world does not mean that they are problem free. Everyone goes through challenges, all you can do is try to be there for them and act kind to everyone you encounter. The smallest gesture could mean the world to someone.
