We also note that builders in later half of 2020 are having to struggle in their attempts to come up with suggested asking prices of their soon to be built new units. In Sarnia builders do things a little bit differently. They haven't build any new condos in this city in the last few years however there are several attractive still relatively new condo complexes to learn about. What some builders here are now focusing on is one floor luxury units, built "semi "style. Back in 2016-2018 "Auburn Homes" did a large 79 unit one floor condo complex on "Buroak Drive" in north-west London. The full address was 2218-2238, 2250-2258 Buroak Drive. Seven "M.L.S."sales happened in this complex in the year 2019 and only one "M.L.S."sale year to date. Prices are up, people enjoy living here, the demand for these units is high. Good news. Google "Chelton Road Master Plan" to see what "Ironstone" is up to. Eighteen clusters are under construction with additional plans for another 14 clusters. Coming soon, the vacant land behind the "Mercedes Benz" dealership is now being serviced out. Two and three bedroom multi-level condo units in the $400,000-$450,000 price range. St. Thomas has some wonderful pockets of older houses in the "Courthouse Area". If you don't know St. Thomas its an area of the city you might miss if your here on for a few hours out touring. The Courthouse was originally built in 1854 and the treed lined streets around it like Rosebury Place, Stanley Street, Elgin Street and Metcalfe Street have some wonderful old homes.
