Facebook has been insisting on me to update something for my page followers, so, here it is. I am very excited about this beautiful farmhouse I first arrived at this house, and priced it out on the last week of June. at the time, it had K-3 siding on it, and a deck on the west side that, for lack of better words, had served its purpose. 2 windows on the main, and the 2 basement windows were the only ones left to change. We changed out the 4 windows that needed to be changed (...Gentek casement windows). Before installing the styrofoam, the homeowner requested that we put ledger boards short of the basement window on the west side, and around to short of the basement window on the south side, so he can get a wrap around deck put on the house. after attaching ledger boards, we installed 2" foam on entire house, with a double mesh base coat, and finish coat. Finished on the first week in August. Spent the rest of August in Winnipeg, and just got home on thursday. Was in the area of this house on friday, so I stopped by to see how progress was going. pretty amazed to see how quickly the deck was built (built by Edwards Cabinet works in Bladworth), and, the homeowner had installed stamped concrete at the bottom of the deck stairs (which looks great.) It sometimes amazes me how within 2 months a house can change its appearance. Was out in one of my favourite communities to work in today, doing the finishing touches on this beautiful house out in Prud Homme. stone is multi colour ledgestone parging is a medium float finish acrylic, color is ashley grey

This demonstration was this afternoon at timberstone. Was an excellent demonstration, and this stucco acrylic is an excellent product. And some of the amazing finishes that this product is going to introduce to Saskatchewan, and to my company, are absolutely unbelievable. I can't wait to show my customers the wide range of choices being introduced to us. Excellent demonstration.

to save myself a trip to Loreburn, I sent an email to the homeowners of the house that I did the parging and Stonework on, to see if they could email me some pictures.
