Happy Sunday! Sometimes we focus so much on getting moving, working out, jogging, or sports that we forget to take a moment and just be quiet and stretch. For me, having a stretching routine keeps me grounded. It’s where I do my deep thinking, focus on my breathing, and really think about different areas of my life. ... Cajun Maple Turkey Bacon with a creamy mango Avacado spinach smoothie I encourage you to try this, such a simple but absolutely amazing tasting breakfast having the sweetness from the turkey bacon and the saltiness from the Cajun spice It’s also a great high protein breakfast/lunch to start your day! ... Maple bacon turkey bacon: 1. Add 3 strips of turkey bacon to a medium hot pan and add a couple sprinkles of Cajun spice while cooking. 2. Once bacon is browned, add 1 Tsp of maple syrup to the pan and continue to cook for about 30 sec to a minute (ensure you’re moving the bacon around pan to keep syrup from burning) 3. Just downloaded this new app that allows me to send you training workouts right to your phone (no equipment needed).
