We need to talk about Men’s health! I know that the majority of the content I put out surrounds women’s health and my desire to educate and empower. But it’s MOVEMBER and for all my fellow Dads, husbands, brothers, sons and mates I’m raising funds and awareness! This month, not only will I be growing out a glorious moustache to get conversations started about men’s health but I will be doing 2 things. ... - raising funds to help fuel game changing work work in men’s mental health, innovative medical research, and groundbreaking tests and treatments for prostate and testicular cancer. - I will be walking 60km over the month.
