Our Introduction to Foraging for Wild Edible Mushrooms continues to sell well. Here is one reason why - feedback from a participant in a recent outing: "It was awesome. Steve's passion for the subject and willingness to share his knowledge was palpable and truly it left us wanting more! We were all curious about the possibility of an 'intermediate' class down the road, perhaps in the Spring for Morelle's :) or even just to start understanding some of the deeper inner worki...ngs for those who have started to master the basics. Of course, more than anything we learned to appreciate that foraging in general, and especially for mushrooms is something that rewards patience and commitment to the science. We realize Steve's knowledge is the product of years of practice. Steve was also wonderful at painting a picture of the role of Fungi within the greater biome of the forest. So much to learn and so little time as always :) Thank you so much for making it all possible we'll certainly be back for more in the future. Please keep up the great work with all of this. The more we appreciate and understand the nature of Ontario, the more inclined we are to cherish, respect, and nurture it." There are still mushrooms to be found.
