Arm balancing is something I find extremely challenging still.... it means doing lots of work to strengthen my wrists, arms, shoulders, core, and back. I never used to think I was strong enough. Remember not to believe any pre-programmed thoughts you may have about your body. It can do anything you want it to, with enough time and practice.... It also takes a leap of faith. That may be the hardest part ..... and the most rewarding P.S - I bailed in the taking of this photo
