Hey everyone! I wanted to let you know what my family has been up to the past few days with the Red Deer Regional Health Foundation and The Festival of Trees Red Deer! A bit of a longer post but please take the time to read and listen! About 20 years ago my brother Jamie passed away of a asthma attack. Since then, we have worked very closely with the @rdrhfoundation to raise money and provide scholarships in my brothers memory for respiratory therapy. ... This year, we were very honoured to be asked to decorate a tree for my brother Jamie. We decorated it in the Tragically Hip, hockey and Canadian theme- some of the things he loved! We worked as a family to make this tree special! It has a Tragically Hip album, a beautiful print of Gord Downey, and some really awesome hockey and Canadian inspired decorations.
