We (my client and I) meet... a minimum of once every 2 weeks to ensure they are practicing new #foodskills they have aquired and to prepare their mind (not body) for the next phase ( 2 weeks). They also have full unlimited access to me 24-7. No book or website can offer that support. That is why we succeed. They learn to cope and deal with a whole diet of traditional and recognizable food without limitations. Mind (and support) over matter wins. Extreme always loses, how many diets have you failed on? I never share before and after of them. That is private. When you have a healthy relationship #food you always look forward never back. We don't compare. Social media gets no likes from us.
