What is your self-talk saying? Is it true? How might that thought / feeling be serving you?... How is that thought affecting your feelings / actions? How is that feeling affecting your thoughts / actions? What assumptions might you be making? What information might be missing? What role could distortions or exaggerations be playing in this situation? What's something within your control on which you'd like to focus? What are some strategies you think might help reduce these feelings / thoughts? Who is (or can be) part of your support network / team? What opportunities now exist?
